Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS:
Clients canceling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice of appointment time are required to pay 50% of services scheduled. Please contact via call or text in a timely manner to cancel or reschedule appointment.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS:
Failure to cancel an appointment and/or no-show will be required to pay 50% of the services scheduled.
If there is an instance where the fee is not paid, the client must pay 100% of past appointment costs to be able to schedule any future appointments.
LATE ARRIVALS:
Please note, that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If I do not hear from you in 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a no-show and will be treated as a missed appointment.
